Our Mission
The mission of the Trumpet in Zion Community Building Project is to create a vibrant, accessible multipurpose facility that serves as a hub for hope, help, and healing in our community. This new building will empower us to expand essential services—including youth mentoring, food distribution, senior support, educational programs, and cultural events—all under one roof. Rooted in our commitment to love and serve, we are building a space designed not just for our congregation, but for the people of Howard County—a place where everyone is welcomed, supported, and inspired to thrive.
For years, we've:
🎁 Given away toys through Toys for Tots
🦃 Delivered Thanksgiving food baskets to families
🎒 Supplied school and cleaning supplies to students and schools
❤️ Supported our neighbors through outreach and prayer
Now, it’s time to grow!
We're replacing our aging dining hall with a modern, steel-framed facility that will house:
✅ Youth mentoring programs
✅ Senior services
✅ Food distribution
✅ Workshops, events, and more!
