TIZ Outreach Inc. is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening Baltimore-area communities by meeting urgent needs, empowering families, and supporting youth through direct service, resource distribution, and community engagement. Since 2015, we have provided consistent, compassionate outreach to underserved individuals and families across Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Howard County.

TIZ Outreach is dedicated to transforming lives and strengthening Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Howard County neighborhoods by meeting urgent needs, fostering connections, and empowering families to thrive. Our mission is to be a consistent and caring presence in the community by addressing basic needs, promoting dignity, and strengthening community engagement.
TIZ Outreach is committed to building a healthier, safer, and more resilient Baltimore and surrounding areas by providing consistent, people-centered support and creating opportunities for collective growth.
TIZ Outreach organization is officially recognized as a tax-exempt organization under I.R.C. 501(c)(3) with the Nonprofit Employer Identification Number (EIN) 83-4390400 since 2015. As a mission-driven nonprofit, TIZ is dedicated to addressing the needs of communities with shortages and providing essential living support. With each program launched through TIZ Outreach, we are committed to maintaining good standing and will ensure that adequate books and records are kept and made available to the Internal Revenue Service upon request.
TIZ Outreach has developed the reputation of the place that is always giving. Throughout the year the Outreach will continue do many events providing necessary resources to the community.
TIZ Outreach Inc. Keeps On Giving!
Since 2015 we have successfully accomplished the following:
• Provided over 2700 bags and book bags full of school supplies to Howard County & Baltimore City children.
• Provided over 4500 toys for children during the Christmas season.
• Provided over $13,500 worth of groceries to families for Thanksgiving and Christmas, which included seniors, homeless, women & children and disabled individuals.
• Provided flowers to residents in nursing homes and rehabilitation centers.
• Provided “Purity Bags” with snacks, beverages, toiletries, and personal hygiene items to the homeless.
• Provided coats, hats, gloves, scarfs, boots, sneakers, clothing and undergarments to families and children including seniors and the homeless.
• Provided emergency boxes of groceries to families with unexpected circumstances.
• Provides onsite worship experiences to individuals confined to nursing homes, or rehabilitation centers.

Our current building is too small, outdated, and no longer meets the needs of our growing community. This new multipurpose facility will allow us to expand vital services, including:

youth mentoring programs,

senior outreach,

job readiness workshops,

food and clothing distribution,

educational support,
-
health and wellness events,
-
and community gatherings.
This space will be a modern, welcoming hub designed to serve people of all ages and backgrounds in Howard County.

We are thrilled to announce our Global Outreach Mission in Ghana, Africa. At TIZ Outreach, we are dedicated to creating a positive impact in the world. We are committed to empowering communities through education and sustainable development. We were able to deliver 1000 pounds of school supplies, clothing and shoes. Additionally, we provided rice to the women in the Kumasi village along with toys for the children. The mission was a complete success. We dedicated a water well sponsored by TIZ Outreach to the village, providing the community with access to clean water without having to walk an hour away. This mission demonstrates that we can make a difference anywhere it is needed. Join us in making a difference together!
